Hi, my name is Silvia and I’m a Romanian designer and my most valued object is my paint brush. Ever since the age of 4 I’ve been experimenting with colors and creativity. Everything from coloring books to the last pages of my school notebooks was filled with drawings and sketches. Later on I got into it more deeply, went to Art School and studied Painting & Sculpture. Since then I’ve been creating in different mediums like canvas, paper, glass, wood, makeup and most recent on denim, which is reflected in my latest project – Controverse.
Hand-painting denim jackets has been my biggest challenge so far, mostly because I’m still waiting to see how they will be received by a larger audience. I’m eager to create more, experiment, scale up, and be part of the newly created Controverse Community – Thank you for your support if you’re here and you like my work!
